PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of obtaining vacuum formings which reduce an ununiform section and have good heat resistance, vacuum formings composed of the resin composition and a method for manufacturing the vacuum formings. SOLUTION: The vacuum forming resin composition comprises (a) 60-90 wt.% propylene-based resin and (b) 10-40 wt.% ethylene-based resin (provided that the sum of (a) and (b) is 100 wt.%) and meets such conditions that (1) that uniaxial stretching viscosityη<SB>b</SB>at 180°C, a straining rate of 1.0 s<SP>-1</SP>, and a stretching strain of 3 is 50-600 kPa.s and (2) the degree of strain hardening SH<SB>b</SB>of the uniaxial stretching viscosity at 180°C, a straining rate of 1.0 s<SP>-1</SP>, and a stretching strain of 1.5-3 is 0.2-1.0.
