PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a click feeling in an opening and closing operation of a lid body. SOLUTION: With the electric equipment with the battery compartment 2 having a lid, a lid body 3 is provided with a leg part 4 which can slide along a wall face of the battery compartment and can rotate at a slide-open end, and concave parts 42, 43, 44 and a convex part 28 are formed each at the leg 4 side and the battery compartment 2 side which, engaging and disengaging each other, softly lock the leg part 4 at three positions of the lid body 3, of a fully closed position, the slide-open position, and a fully opened position after rotation from the slide-open position. The engaging and disengaging of the concave parts 42, 43, 44 with the convex part 28 gives a click feeling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
