<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which guides heart rate by the speed of music. <P>SOLUTION: A speed controllable MIDI music reproduction apparatus provided with a device to measure heart rate is prepared, and the heart rate when a person is running to music is measured. When the heart rate deviates from the ideal heart rate to a certain degree, the heart rate is guided to come close to an ideal value by slightly changing the speed of the music. Thus, the person can keep running at the ideal heart rate only by running to the music, and can continue exercise with ideal intensity with pleasure and for a long time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
