<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of a transmission signal into a reception channel of a full-duplex transceiver module from reducing the sensitivity and/or dynamic range of the transceiver module. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a first detector DET1 at an input of a power amplifier of a transmission channel TX, a second detector DET2 at an output of a low noise amplifier LNA in a reception channel RX, a level detector DF having a first input terminal connected to an output of the first detector DET1 and a second input connected to the second detector DET2, a controller CNTL having an input terminal connected to an output of the level detector DF, a converter having a first input terminal connected to an output of the first detector DET1 and a second input terminal connected to an output of the controller, and a signal composer CMPS having a first input terminal connected to a reception terminal of a commutator and a second input terminal connected to an output of the converter and an output terminal connected to the low noise amplifier LNA, so that an output signal of the converter cancels a leakage signal from the high power amplifier HPA into the reception channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
