PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector with shoulder pads allowing a pitching motion without any unnatural feeling in shoulder parts and allowing the shoulder pads to follow the motion of the shoulders during the pitching motion and to follow the returning motion of the shoulders to their original positions after pitching. SOLUTION: In this protector with the shoulder pads, a part of a cushion part 2A in the shoulder pad 2 is overlapped to the front face of a cushion part 1A in the shoulder part (a), and overlapping parts between the shoulder part al excepting the circumference part of the shoulder part (a) and the shoulder pad 2 are sewn together via a sewing part B arranged along a non-linear shape in the vertical direction.
