PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simultaneously match joints of outside face and lower end face of veranda member. SOLUTION: A fixed side form 11 for molding the inside face 34A side of a member 34 is assembled on a working floor 10. In addition, a movable side form 35 having molding surfaces 35A and 35B for molding the outside face 24C and the lower end face 34D of the member 34, is assembled on a truck 37. On the molding surfaces 35A and 35B, tiles 5 to be applied to the outside face 34C and the lower end face 34D of the member 34, are bonded, in a freely releasable manner, to the matchable positions arranged as desired of the tiles 5. Next, the fixed side form 11 and the movable side form 35 are connected to each other and a form part 44 is mounted to assemble a form 30. Further, a concrete is formed in the form 30 and cured, and further, the movable side form 35 is moved after being removed from the fixed side form 11.
