<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective airbag development guide device of a pedestrian protective airbag when a vehicle hits a pedestrian. <P>SOLUTION: A gas bag 7 to at least locally cover an outer side of a windshield 1 of a vehicle having a safety device in an inflated state is provided. The safety device has a guide device for the gas bag 7 on at least one A column 5 of the vehicle, and connects the gas bag 7 to the guide device. The guide device is a straight guide, and a connection part to the guide device of the gas bag 7 is moved during the development along the straight guide.
