<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroplastic film-coated metal plate which has clearness, beauty and a feel of high grade with a design of a pattern or the like presented by printing and also such long-time durability as a fluoroplastic coated metal plate has and which simplifies a manufacturing process and is inexpensive, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The fluoroplastic film-coated metal plate has a constitution wherein a fluoroplastic film which is a film of a single layer or a plural layer, of which the surface layer at least contains a pigment and which has a printed ink layer formed partially on the surface side thereof is laminated on the surface of a metal plate subjected to chemical conversion treatment, with an adhesive layer interlaid. For the printed ink layer, gravure ink constituted by using jointly a polyvinylidene fluoride resin (A) and a solvent-soluble thermoplastic type copolymer resin (B) constituted by copolymerizing a vinylidene fluoride and another fluorine monomer is used preferably in a binder resin composition for the ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
