<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vicinity of an aperture part of a tape scrap discharge duct from being choked up with tape scraps by preventing a flow rate near the aperture part from being reduced as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: When a stored tape is cut by a cutter device after extracting electronic components, tape scraps 30 are sucked to the discharge duct 31 through an aperture 32. The lateral width dimension of the aperture part constituting the vertical cross section of the duct 31 gradually narrowed from the end part of the aperture 32 is set up slightly longer than the width of each tape scrap 30 and the vertical dimension of the aperture part is set longer than the thickness of the tape scrap 30 and shorter than the width and length of the tape scrap 30 as much as possible, so that the posture of the tape scrap 30 is corrected so as not to be erected (in a laid state) at the time of sucking the tape scrap 30 by a suction source and the tape scraps 30 are prevented from choking the vicinity of the aperture or corner part of the duct 31 together with a reason that the aperture part is formed by a material such as stainless steel of which surface roughness (friction coefficient) is low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
