PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economically and industrially advantageous epoch- making method for imparting a wear resistance to a surface of various type material to be coated of an apparatus, a facility, piping or the like by using a novel and extremely useful resin sheet, rubber sheet or particularly a wear resistant resin sheet or a rubber sheet as a new material, and to provide a peculiar method for manufacturing by using sandpaper or the like to thereby provide an economically and industrially advantageous epoch-making method for imparting a wear resistance to a surface of various type material to be coated of an apparatus, a facility, piping or the like. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the wear resistant resin sheet made of a synthetic resin sheet such as the sandpaper or the like or a rubber sheet comprises the steps of superposing a synthetic resin sheet previously coated with an adhesive and/or a primer as needed on a surface of the sandpaper or the like or an unvulcanized rubber sheet, heat treating (vulcanizing or curing) and/or pressing (press bonding) the superposed sheet.
