PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storage container which can store a liquid in a proper state at all times by suppressing penetration of a gas into the container regardless of an environment humidity change, and can stably supply the stored liquid, and to provide a recorder using the same. SOLUTION: A space is formed by an outside container 130 at the outside of an inside container 127 which can store the liquid. A humidity in the space is adjusted by a humidity adjustment part 1.
