PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for electronic photography which shows high production stability, its qualitative homogeneity and low cost, and a method for manufacturing the belt for electronic photography. SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing the belt for electronic photography comprises an annular die 105 for producing a cylindrical film 110 from a resin as a material for the belt, a tension means for pulling the cylindrical film 110 in a different direction from the take-off direction, while taking off the cylindrical film 110 from the annular die 105 side and a cutting device 108 for cutting the cylindrical film 110 pulled by the tension means.
