PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile compaction in storing a storage type table device for a vehicle with a large table area. SOLUTION: A turning plate coupling device 20 is buried in a support flat plate 10 fixed using a globe box and a groove 32 dipped in the rear surface of a turning flat plate 11, thereby coupling the both members to each other. The turning plate coupling device 20 comprises a fitting 30 for turning formed by binding a fitting 21 for the support flat plate and a fitting 22 for the turning flat plate via a rivet 26, an operating lever 24, and a twist spring 23. A lever handle 244 is pressed, a lever hook 242 of the operating lever 24 is lifted up or down, and an engaging state with the fitting 21 for the support flat plate is controlled, thereby adjusting opening between the support flat plate 10 and the turning flat plate 11.
