PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish bank having high attracting and breeding effects on small fishes becoming a bait for a big fish, and small shrimps living among organisms attached to the fish bank. SOLUTION: This fish bank has a hollow concrete body having a truncated cone shape and window parts 3 on the side surfaces, and fences 4 having many opening parts and attached to the window parts 3 so that the ratio of the widths of shielded parts to opened parts is (1:2)-(1:20).
