Conventionally, the self-induced waveform of a drive coil and the resonance waveform produced from peripheral capacitance and inductance overlap in reverse electromotive force signals detected by electromagnetic actuator drive devices in order to perform a control, and consequently, a non-continuous section remains and accurate zero-cross position drive control is not achieved. Thus, this electromagnetic actuator drive device samples a plurality of amplitude values from a location avoiding a gap produced in the amplitude by an added-waveform acquisition unit, estimates the waveform of only the AC waveform component in a reverse electromotive force signal on the basis of the amplitude values, generates an anti-phase pulse signal by correcting the signal level thereof using an amplitude value measured from a pulse waveform component and the estimated amplitude value, and adds the anti-phase pulse signal to the detected reverse electromotive force signal. Thus, the present invention calculates a zero-cross position by using the added pulse addition signal, and performs an oscillating drive of a movable unit. |
