VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATION CIRCUIT AND SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled oscillation circuit in which the influence of disturbance is suppressed and an oscillation frequency range is widened.

SOLUTION: A constant current Iref is added to a control current Icnt, and a first output current I1 proportional to a voltage difference between a control voltage Vin1 and a reference voltage Vref1 is added to the control current Icnt. Further, a variable second output current Ic is added to the control current Icnt. Then, the oscillated signal of a frequency fout1 proportional to the control current Icnt is outputted.
