PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator for controlling scattered X-rays over the whole region of a detector of an X-ray CT device, an X-ray detection device using the collimator, and the X-ray CT device on which the X-ray detection device is loaded.

SOLUTION: The pitch of arrangement of collimator plates 19 at a peripheral part 18B of the collimator 18 is set to be sparser or shorter than the pitch of arrangement of the collimator plates 19 at the center part 18A of the collimator 18.
