The present invention relates to a Streptomyces badius SP6C4 strain isolated from strawberry pollen and having an antibacterial activity against insect pathogens, and a use thereof. In the present invention, it was verified that the Streptomyces badius SP6C4 strain isolated from strawberry pollen inhibited the growth of insect pathogens and strawberry fungal pathogens. The Streptomyces badius SP6C4 strain of the present invention can be used as an eco-friendly biological pesticide, which has no risk of environmental contamination occurring due to side effects of pesticides and toxicity to the human body due to residual pesticides, and has an excellent control effect against American foulbrood, chalk brood, and strawberry blossom mold, and thus can be industrially very favorably used.
