PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently recover questionnaires.

SOLUTION: While reading card owner management data recorded in a point card 13 in a store terminal 12, questionnaire data are outputted to a terminal 21 and the input of questionnaire answer data is requested (S2). The questionnaire answer data inputted in response to the request are stored in a storage device 13 in relation to card owner identification data (S5), and a questionnaire point for answering a questionnaire is added to points registered beforehand (S4) and stored in the storage device 13 in relation to the card owner identification data.
