<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of quickly and effectively producing compost from an organic material while preventing and suppressing a bad smell, by using an accelerating material of ferment-decomposition wherein an organic raw material containing various components is quickly decomposed, or a combined type of the accelerating material of ferment-decomposition wherein a ferment-decomposition activity is increased according to the kind of organic material to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: The accelerating material of ferment-decomposition is obtained by containing water, oxygen and a microbe in an organic fermentable material and fermenting, or the combined type of the accelerating material of ferment- decomposition is obtained by mixing this accelerating material of ferment- decomposition with the organic raw material or its pressed juice and ferment- decomposing. The above accelerating material is added to the organic raw material, and if necessary, an arrange-assisting material, is adjusted to be about 50-70% in water content, is nearly uniformly mixed while adjusting the temperature to 45°C or below and then is laid to be fully oxygen-decomposed. Thereafter, this composite organic raw material oxygen-decomposed is put in a fermentation tank and is fermented while blowing a hot air to be aged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
