PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a mechanical strength such as rigidity while the number of nozzles capable of being provided in a nozzle region is increased. SOLUTION: A plurality of nozzle lines 2 are provided peripherally at intervals from each other in a ring-like nozzle region X, and a first annular passage 7 and a second annular passage 8 are jointly provided outside the outer periphery of the nozzle region X. A heating medium passage 6 constituted so that a heating medium for heating flows reciprocatively not to solidify a resin flowing in each nozzle 3 is provided to a side part of the nozzle line 2 between adjacent introducing grooves 4. Each heating medium passage 6 keeps one side passage 6c branched from the first annular passage 7 communicating with the other side passage 6a branched from the second annular passage 8 via an annular return passage 6b provided to an inner peripheral side of the nozzle region X.
