PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a moving member 5 from being moved/driven and coming into contact with cargo at housing by constituting a moving-driving means D of a motor 51 and a roller 52 which is driven by the motor 51, moving the moving member 5 by engaging the roller 52 with the side edge of the deck at the time of working, and attaching the moving-driving means D to an arm section in such a manner that the roller may be disengaged from the side edge of the deck at housing. SOLUTION: For this loading/unloading device for the truck, a guide rail 3 which is arranged along the deck side edge of the vehicle, a moving member 5 which can move while being guided by the guide rail 3, the moving/driving means which moves/drives the moving member 5, an arm 7a which is vertically turnably attached by pivotally supporting the proximal end to the moving member 5, a first turning device B which turns the arm 7a, and a vertically moving device 12 which vertically moves a jack 9 and a platform 11 which are arranged on the distal end of the arm 7a are arranged. Then, the loading/unloading device for the truck houses the first turning device B in the deck by turning it at housing.
