<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the jam processing and maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A copying machine 100 has a copying machine main body 102, a paper carrying path 124 disposed at a downstream side of a photoreceptor drum 108, a bypass paper feed path 160, a fixing unit 130, and a pair of ejection rollers 140. In the copying machine main body 102, a movable unit 200 is disposed so as to be freely drawn forward. The paper carrying path 124 is formed on the upper surface of the movable unit 200. The fixing unit 130 and an ejection roller unit 300 including the pair of ejection rollers 140 are arranged in the movable unit 200. The ejection roller unit 300 is disposed so as to be turnable with respect to the movable unit 200 at the front of the copying machine main body 102. The fixing unit 130 has a pressure roller 132 disposed in the movable unit 200, and a fixing upper housing 133 with a heat roller 131 disposed therein.
