FIELD: hard rock grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: mill has drum positioned for rotation and braking device located inside drum. One end part of drum is made open for discharge of ground material. Braking device is made in the form of hollow cylinder equipped with charging journal and mounted for rotating in opposite direction with respect to drum. Inner and outer working surfaces of cylinder are provided with material guiding helical ribs. Inner working surface of drum is equipped with the same helical ribs directed in opposite relation with respect to helical ribs of cylinder. Drum axis is inclined at an angle to horizontal plane. EFFECT: increased destructive efficiency and simplified construction. 1 dwg
