<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental keeper having a post which makes up, with a permanent magnetic structure body, a magnetic denture attachment using a magnetic sucking force, the dental keeper being able to be securely fixed on a supporting tooth by cutting and adjusting the length of the post easily in accordance with the depth of a root canal forming part of a residual tooth that is to be the supporting tooth. <P>SOLUTION: The dental keeper is comprised of a disk-shaped keeper body 1 having a flat or a spherical smooth surface and a truncated cylindrical post 2. The post 2 is formed integrally with the bottom face of the keeper body 1 and has its axial center aligned with the center line of the keeper body 1. The post 2 has three or more connecting parts 2b and four or more truncated cylindrical parts 2a. The connecting parts 2b are formed around the center line of the keeper body 1 on several positions distant from the keeper body 1 and are comprised of column-shaped parts or mutually opposed truncated cylindrical parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
