PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain cosmetics which can stably be formulated with a fluorine- modified silicone resin difficult in stable formulation for conventional ones without precipitation. SOLUTION: The cosmetics comprise (A) the fluorine-modified silicone resin containing a silanol group represented by average formula (I) R<SP>1</SP><SB>n</SB>SiO<SB>(4-n)/2</SB>(1) (R<SP>1</SP>is any functional group selected from the group consisting of a 1-8C hydrocarbon group, a phenyl group, a hydroxyl group, a 2-6C bifunctional alkylene group and a 1-8C perfluoroalkyl group with the proviso that the resin necessarily contains the hydroxyl group and a 1-8C perfluoroalkyl group as R<SP>1</SP>; n is an average number and is 1.0≤n≤1.8) and (B) an alkyl modified trisiloxane represented by structural formula (II) (R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-22C straight-chain or branched alkyl group). The content of the compound (A) is 0.01-30% (mass percentage). COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
