PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair styling composition which can easily restore and correct hair styles, facilitates a combing treatment, and gives a soft feeling appearance to the hair. SOLUTION: This hair-styling composition comprises a (meth)acrylic copolymer having (a) units derived from at least one monomer selected from butyl (meth)acrylates, (b) units derived from at least one monomer selected from hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate monomers, and (c), if necessary, units derived from at least one copolymerizable monomer except the monomers (a) and (b) in a cosmetically acceptable vehicle.
