PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of transferring image data and enhancing the secrecy of the image data at data transfer so as to prevent the image data from illegitimately being browsed or rewritten. SOLUTION: The image processing system consists of a plurality of image processing apparatuses interconnected to a network and encrypts data in the case of transferring the data from one image processing apparatus to the other image processing apparatus among the plurality of image processing apparatuses.
