PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to intensify a copyright protection function. SOLUTION: The instruction to read in the data recorded by a prescribed format to a recording medium, which instruction is issued from a computation main unit (application, OS) of an information processor to a medium reproducing device (disk drive, etc.), is monitored and when the issue of the instruction to read in the data recorded by the prescribed format to the recording medium is confirmed, the copyright protection processing to perform processing for copyright protection is performed.
