PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly eliminate the burr without generating the burr left as it is not eliminated when deburring a work on a rotating rotary table, and to reduce the cost for the investment in plant and equipment. SOLUTION: The driving force of a driving motor 3 is transmitted to a buff main body 7 through V-belts 12 and 15, and a rock arm 16 for supporting the buff main body 7 is formed freely to rock around a pivotal support shaft 5. A reduction gear 8 is connected to the driving motor 3 through a V-belt 18, and a crank arm 20 is connected to an output shaft of the reduction gear 8, and a connection arm 21 is connected to a tip of the crank arm 20. When the driving motor 3 is operated by connecting the tip of the connection arm 21 to the rock arm 6, the buff main body 7 is rocked in the radial direction of the rotary table T, besides the rotation of the buff main body 7.
