PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a two-layered film and film consisting of an upper and a lower differently colored plies. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a laminate consisting of different kinds of resins comprises the steps to extrude individually different kinds of resins from a first extruder 2 and a second extruder 3 and join them together at a cylinder head ch of a T-die 1 through guide-in parts 4 and 5, without mixing these resins but leaving their interface intact. Next, the different kinds of resins continue to be extruded into a film-like form molding part of the T-die 1 and thus a monolithic laminate formed of these resins at the film-like form molding part is obtained.
