PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an induction heating device, to heat a tire by adapting quantities of heat corresponding to the respective regions of the tire and to suppress the vulcanization irregularity of the tire while shortening the time required in main vulcanization. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the tire by preheating a green tire T, a tire heating apparatus 1 equipped with an induction heating means 11 having a core material 12 comprising a laminate of silicon steel panels and releasing a plurality of magnetic pole surfaces 12S in the same direction and the coil 13 wound around the core material 12 is used to allow the magnetic pole surfaces 12S to approach the green tire T to subject a tire reinforcing member 33 to induction heating.
