PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for a powder and granular substance with which flowability of the substance can be improved while securing handleability during transportation, and transportability and dischargeability can be simply realized concurrently. SOLUTION: The container for the powder and granular substance comprises a body 1 having a storage space 1A for the powder and granular substance and a base 2 having an upper part 2A of a discharge port for the substance and a lower part 2B of the discharge port as parts thereof. The upper part 2A and the lower part 2B are leveled with the base 2 when the substance is received, and the upper part 2A deforms to have a descending slope toward the lower part 2B when the substance is discharged.
