PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate and manage various types of information related on welfare goods in a welfare goods information management method.

SOLUTION: The welfare goods information management method registers the merchandise information related on the welfare goods from a maker terminal 33. The method registers the example information of the use of the welfare goods from a care manager terminal 31, the maker terminal 33, and a selling terminal 34. The method registers the voice information of users who actually use the welfare goods from an user terminal 32. The method registers the inquiry information related on the welfare goods from the care manager terminal 31. The method transmits the inquiry information to the maker terminal 33 or the selling terminal 34 for answering to this.
