<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for generating a vehicle allocation plan capable of generating the vehicle allocation plan by which fairness of contract chances between a cargo owner and transportation companies can be secured among the respective transportation companies and delivery costs can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: Cargo request information requesting a cargo to be transported from a plurality of vehicles and vehicle request information requesting transportation of the cargo from the cargo owner 32 are transmitted to a delivery center 30. A vehicle allocation plan forming device 31 of the delivery center 30 judges a vehicle existing in a predetermined area centering around a shipping spot of the cargo owner 32 and transmitting the cargo request information, prioritizes a vehicle owned by a transportation company with a small chance index value based on delivery results and transportation ability and selects a vehicle with a small actual vehicle distance when the vehicle request information is inputted from the cargo owner 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
