OUTER RING STRUCTURE FOR HYDRAULIC CLUTCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate machining of a hydraulic cylinder formed on an inner surface of the outer ring of a hydraulic clutch and a hydraulic passage thereto in the outer ring having a roughly cup shape and having a large diameter boss for attaching an output shaft thereon projecting inside.

SOLUTION: The outer ring for a hydraulic clutch is composed of a boss part attached to the output shaft and a tubular engaging tube part arranged outside of the boss part and extending in an axial direction. The boss part and the engagement tube part can be connected with a spline shaft provided as one body with the boss part and a spline hole of a disk part attached on one end of the engagement tube part. A cylinder bore facing to the disk part and having a piston provided on a press plate slidably inserted therein is provided on an inner surface of the engagement tube part. The spline hole is opened in the cylinder bore.
