<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate film being highly transparent, highly heat- resistant, lowly birefringent, light, and flexible, to provide a method for efficiently producing the substrate film without the addition of water, and to provide a substrate being highly transparent, highly heat-resistant, lowly birefringent, light, and flexible and used in electronic displays, electrooptical elements, touch panels, or solar batteries. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an organic - inorganic polymer hybrid material prepared by polycondensing an active-hydrogen-containing polymer compound with a condensable reactive metallic compound without the addition of water and a method for producing the organic - inorganic polymer hybrid material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
