摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct periodic fee charging work safely and at a low cost to be conducted in receiving communication service and streaming contents service provided by a plurality of unspecified service providers.

SOLUTION: In this method, a certification medium connected to a terminal is authenticated to sign information of periodic fee charge using a sign key paid out of an authentication fee charging server. Service to be followed by periodic fee charging is requested to a service providing server based on signed data. The signed data are delivered from the service providing server to the certification fee charging server. Periodic fee charging is thus conducted to signed information in the certification fee charging server.
