<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a spare part at short notice to a user short on the spare part and prevent stoppage of a facility. <P>SOLUTION: When a spare part 6 is ordered for immediate delivery from each terminal device 3a-3n provided in each area 2a-2n, a computer body of a central processor 7 looks up spare part information registered in a spare part data base 4, it checks the number of spare parts of each user A-D, and it prepares delivery information for accommodating the spare part 6 from a user with a margin in the number of spare parts to the user needing the spare part.
