<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate a communication distance by reducing the area of a capacitor formed by a pattern in an antenna and decreasing a shield obstructing communication. <P>SOLUTION: One end 14a of an antenna coil 14 fixed to the peripheral part of an insulating substrate 11 is connected to a die pad pattern 17 of an integrated circuit element 16, and the other end 14b of the antenna coil 14 is connected to capacitor patterns 18a, 18b formed in a position opposite to the die pad pattern 17 with an insulating substrate 11 interposed between them. One end 14a and the other end 14b of the antenna coil 14 are respectively connected to a desired terminal of an integrated circuit element 16 having a transmit/ receive function of performing arithmetic processing for the received signal by power generated according to the received signal waves and returning the arithmetic result to the outside. Surplus shied exerting influence on the antenna magnetic field is decreased to improve communication characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
