<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an imaging device having an imaging means, an operation means and a photographing mode acquiring means to select an appropriate mode, even for an object in a complicated condition. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device comprises the imaging means to photograph the image of the object and output data, the operation means to select the photographing mode and set the type of the object and a photographing location, a display means, and the photographing mode acquiring means for the options of the photographing modes. This device is provided with a means enabling to select one photographing mode by opting the photographing modes by means of the photographing mode acquiring means, based on the result of a pre- photographing by an imaging control means during the photographing before the main exposure, and photographing information including the object type and the photographing location set by the operation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
