<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency apparatus wherein a mobile phone and a mobile television receiver provide less disturbance with each other without the need for any particular shield plate. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency apparatus includes: a data generating unit 73 for deciding transmission/reception frequency of the mobile phone 42; a data generating unit 74 for deciding a reception frequency of the mobile television receiver 43; a data comparator 75 for comparing their outputs; and a control section 76 for transmitting data to the data generating units 73, 74. When it is estimated that at least either of the mobile phone 42 and the mobile television receiver 43 gives disturbance to the other, the control section 76 is configured to minutely change either of data transmitted to local oscillators 48, 62, and 65 on the basis of an output of the data comparator 75.
