The present invention relates to a palladium ion-specific DNA aptamer having a specific base sequence, a composition for detecting or producing palladium including the palladium ion-specific DNA aptamer, a method for producing palladium from a palladium ion-containing specimen using the composition for producing palladium, and a method for selecting DNA aptamer specifically binding to a target molecule using a graphene oxide-silica particle composite on which graphene oxide is adsorbed on a surface.
