摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of improving the life for keeping freshness of a fresh food by which a suitable appearance, smell or the like originally possessed by the fresh food is kept for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The method of improving the life for keeping freshness of a fresh food involves multiply sterilizing the fresh food by using some kinds of solutions of chlorine oxides having different oxidation rates in order from the one having faster oxidation rate. A solution of sodium chlorite or the like is used as the first treating liquid. A high-level chlorinated lime solution, a solution of chlorous acid or a salt thereof, a solution of chloric acid or a salt thereof, a chlorine dioxide solution, a stabilized chlorine dioxide solution or the like is used as the second treating liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
