<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic curriculum vitae processing device allowing an applicant to easily and precisely attach face photograph data while preventing mismatch between an electronic curriculum vitae and the face photograph data due to a mistake by the applicant or a malicious operation by a third person. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic curriculum vitae processing device reads a curriculum vitae form for displaying it on a display screen and displays inputted data inputted by a user with the curriculum vitae form. When the user designates the face photograph data and instructs its attachment, access to the designated face photograph data is made, and collation is carried out between matching basic information about the curriculum vitae form or the curriculum vitae input data and matching basic information about the face photograph data. If correspondence between them can be obtained, it is determined that the user forming the electronic curriculum vitae tries to attach his/her own face photograph data, so that the face photograph image data in the designated face photograph data are attached to the curriculum vitae form. Therefore, the face photograph image data are automatically attached to the curriculum vitae form only when the user himself/herself instructs attachment of the face photograph data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
