FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking samples of materials removed from uterine cavity in the amount of enough for revealing infection agents transferred in sexual way. The infection having been revealed, non-specific antibacterial therapy is to be substituted with antibacterial therapy taking into account the detected infectious agent in combination with non- specific immunity-stimulating therapy. The process is regularly continued by controlling patient state until complete recovery is achieved. Complex clinical laboratory study is carried out for detecting the infectious agents transferred in sexual way and controlling recovery degree. The study comprises at least two diagnosis methods selected from the following row: bacterioscopy, cultural method, immunoenzyme analysis and polymerase chain reaction method. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course.
