SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel ortho-substituted benzoylguanidines of the formula (I) wherein R(1) means hydrogen atom, halogen atom, Xa-(CH2)b-(CF2)c-CF3,; a, b, c = 0; one of two substituents R(2) and R(3) means hydroxyl and other of substituents R(2) and R(3) is R(1), respectively; R(4) means C1-C4-alkyl, halogen atom; (CH2)n-(CF2)o-CF3 wherein n , o = 0, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention relates also to a medicinal gent eliciting inhibitory activity with respect to Na+/H+ exchange containing compound of the formula (I) and pharmaceutical excipients. Compounds of the formula (I) are used for preparing a drug for treatment or prophylaxis of infarctions, stenocardia.
