PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an FRP molded object with high productivity capable of obtaining not only required adhesive strength between a plurality of fiber reinforced laminates but also high adhesive strength between the fibers in the respective laminates even if a resinous material having low adhesive strength is used as a matrix resin, and the FRP molded object. SOLUTION: After a laminate is impregnated with a resin in the midway stage of a target lamination thickness, a reinforcing fiber layer is laminated as the adhesive layer between the impregnated laminate and a laminate laminated next time. This reinforcing fiber layer is impregnated with a resin so that a resin impregnated part becomes 10-90 wt.% of the basis weight of the reinforcing fiber layer and the impregnated layer is cured. A sufficient amount of the resin is again applied to and infiltrated in the laminate after curing and a laminate of a next layer is subsequently laminated to be impregnated with a predetermined amount of the resin. After curing, the laminates are integrally bonded to mold the fiber reinforced plastic molded object having a desired lamination thickness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
