PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is not preferable for an appearance component that a gas injection mark (hole) is revealed in the appearance of a molded part in the system of gas injection molding performed by injecting gases from a gas injection nozzle separately provided on a metallic mold. SOLUTION: A toilet seat and a toilet lid are molded by using hyperfine foaming molding in which the resin molded part is injection-molded by mixing the gases in a supercritical state into a dissolved resin. By performing hyperfine foaming molding, the toilet seat and the toilet lid are made lightweight and material costs can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
