PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of easily installing a support bracket even if a positional displacement occurs due to assembly error between both members when the support bracket for supporting the open/close drive device of a door is installed across two body structural members such as a side member and a roof member. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, the support bracket for supporting the open/close drive device of the door is installed across the side member 12 and the roof member 13 forming a body 2. A connection bracket 19 for displaceably installing the support bracket 15 is installed between the support bracket 15 and at least one of the side member 12 and the roof member 13 so that the position of the support bracket 15 relative to the side member 12 or the roof member 13 can be adjusted.
